1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mhfhydraulicandpneumatics.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Company Information

MHF Hydraulic & Pneumatics is a Sole Proprietorship firm based in New Delhi, India, established in 2014. We manufacture and supply high-quality hydraulic fittings, valves, clamps, and industrial components under the brand MHF.

3. Use of Website

You agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Not submit false or misleading information in forms.
• Not interfere with website functionality (e.g., no hacking, spam).

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

4. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions (e.g., SS 304/316 PMSC, Dowty Seal, PVC Clamp), images, and pricing. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• Specifications are subject to change without notice.
• Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (unless stated).

5. Ordering & Payment

Order Process:

• Submit inquiry via contact form or email.
• We send a formal quotation (valid for 7 days).
• Confirm order via email or PO.

Payment Terms:

• 50% advance for new customers.
• Balance before dispatch.
• Accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque.

No COD. All payments must be cleared before dispatch.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST (18% typically) will be added as applicable. Any changes in tax rates will apply to pending orders.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Lead Time: 3–15 working days (depending on stock and customization).

Shipping:

• Via reputed couriers (DTDC, Delhivery, etc.).
• Charges: Extra, based on weight & location.
• Risk passes to buyer upon handover to courier.

We are not liable for delays due to courier or force majeure (strikes, natural disasters).

8. Inspection & Acceptance

Inspect goods within 3 days of receipt. Report defects immediately with photos. Goods accepted after 3 days are deemed final.

9. Warranty

Standard Warranty: 6 months against manufacturing defects.

• Covers material and workmanship.
• Does NOT cover misuse, improper installation, or wear & tear.
• Return shipping at buyer's cost.

Replacement or repair at our discretion.

10. Returns & Refunds

No returns on custom-made or special-order items.

Standard items: Return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. 15% restocking fee applies. Refund within 15 days of return receipt.

11. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, product names) is owned by MHF Hydraulic & Pneumatics. Unauthorized use is prohibited

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profit, data, or business.

Maximum liability = total order value.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of New Delhi.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes posted here with new Effective Date. Continued use = acceptance.
